NY Septic Guide is where local homeowners research septic costs and New York's grant programs — and then ask for quotes. We pass those requests to licensed contractors serving their town.

How it works

1. Homeowners read our cost and grant guides and submit a quote request with their town and the problem they're having.
2. We forward matching requests to listed contractors registered to work in that county.
3. You contact the homeowner directly, quote it, win it. No middleman in your transaction.

What listing requires

• Current county health department registration for the counties you serve (we verify)
• Liability insurance
• Accurate service-area and service-type information

What it costs

Right now: nothing. While we build out the guide, listings and forwarded quote requests are free for qualifying contractors. As volume grows, featured placement and lead forwarding will move to a simple paid arrangement — early participating contractors get first option and grandfather pricing.

Get listed

Email listings@nysepticguide.com with your business name, base town, counties served, county registration number(s), and the services you offer (installation / repair / pumping / inspection / design). We'll confirm your listing within a few days.

Already listed?

We build listings from public county registers, so your business may already appear without you having asked. To correct your details, tell us which towns you actually serve, or have your listing removed entirely, email listings@nysepticguide.com. We remove any listing on request, usually the same day, no questions asked.
